You love free shipping. We do, too.
If you are not satisfied with the rug(s) you have chosen, you may return them to us within 5 days of receipt for a full refund, provided it is in the same condition as when you received it. Return shipping and packaging will be at your own cost, which are non-refundable. All returns over $1000 will be charged a 5% restocking fee. If you decide to exchange your rug, the restocking fee will be waived.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
